After continuous R&D, we have established an efficient quality control system for spiral welded pipes. The core equipment - the 225kV real-time imaging system - is specifically designed for monitoring special pipe fittings production, enabling real-time detection of weld defects such as cracks, porosity, and slag inclusions.
The operating system drives the high-voltage generator (30-225kV DC output) through the console, transmitting power via high-voltage cable to the X-ray tube (1-3.5mA small focus, 1-8mA large focus). X-rays generated by electron bombardment of the tungsten target enable non-destructive testing of steel pipes.

The powder supply center integrates multiple functions into a compact system, offering space-saving operation with minimal environmental impact. The barrel features advanced forced extrusion with a unique rifling design and a high-efficiency screw based on improved international technologies, ensuring stable extrusion, superior plasticizing, and exceptional mixing for diverse materials. Manufactured from premium 38CrMoAlA alloy steel, each barrel and screw undergoes specialized heat treatment, carbide welding, and full CNC machining, achieving nitriding hardness of HV950–1100 and guaranteed quality through tightly controlled production processes.
