This High-Quality JCOE (J-ing, C-ing, O-ing, E-ing) Carbon Steel Round Pipe is engineered for demanding fluid transmission applications, primarily in the oil and gas industry. It is manufactured through the advanced JCOE forming process, where steel plates are sequentially formed into a "J" shape, then a "C" shape, closed into an "O" shape, and finally expanded ("E") to achieve precise circularity and uniform stress distribution. This results in a superior welded pipe with excellent dimensional accuracy and consistent wall thickness.

A key differentiator is our pre-galvanization process. Unlike traditional post-fabrication galvanizing, our steel plate is hot-dip galvanized before the JCOE forming and welding. This ensures a complete, uninterrupted zinc coating on both the interior and exterior surfaces, including the edges that will become the weld seam area. This method provides superior corrosion protection as the zinc layer is fully integrated and not compromised by subsequent welding, which in post-galvanized tubes can leave the weld zone vulnerable.

● Standard Specifications: Common sizes range from OD 114mm to 2000mm, with wall thickness from 3mm to 25mm. Custom diameters, lengths, and wall thicknesses are supported upon request.

● Material & Standards: Manufactured from high-grade carbon steel (e.g., Q235B, S355JR) and compliant with international standards including API 5L (Line Pipe), ASTM A500/A500M, and EN 10219. The pipe is suitable for Grade B through X70 steel grades as per project requirements.
