Packaging Specifications

This standard export packaging solution ensures secure maritime transportation:

1. Rust Prevention: Pipes wrapped with 0.10mm PE anti-rust film, ends protected by PP caps.

2. Bundling: Secured longitudinally with 3-4 galvanized steel straps (≥19mm width, 800MPa tensile strength), interlayered with anti-slip paper.

3. External Protection: Outer wrapping with waterproof woven fabric (120g/m²) or corrugated paper, seams sealed with adhesive tape.

4. Marking: Clear labeling of specifications, material, batch number, and directional arrows; shipping marks printed per international standards.

5. Optional Reinforcement: Wooden/steel skids for pipes ≥6m, container lashing with steel wires, desiccant packs available upon request.

Compliant with ISTA 3A standards, suitable for long-haul sea freight. Customizable protection levels available.
